Occupational risks policy

One of the primary objectives of the company is to define, implement and maintain an Occupational risk policy that fits the Law 31/1995, therefore, and to be more specific, the measures regarding prevention of occupational risks, are aimed toward creating and maintaining of a safe working environment for all the staff of the company, thus fulfilling its function and social obligation.

The management of the company declares its commitment to ensure that the work does not involve unnecessary and avoidable risks for the employees. It also declares the clear intention to adjust to what is established in the normative of occupational risks prevention, considering it as a minimum regulation, as the levels of prevention that will be seek, will exceed the legal expectations.

To achieve the objectives and maintain the commitment on occupational risks prevention, the company commits to establish mechanisms of evaluation and improvement of Prevention of occupational risks, bearing in mind that it is responsibility of the company and its staff, try to, by all means, reduce to minimum the appearance of occupational risks, prevent, control and correct their appearance.

All the employees of the company should assume this concept and be aware of it as well as the Direction of the company is. It should be achieved an assumption and participation of all the staff, in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management of Occupational risks prevention, which will become one of the basic premises of the company, as are quality and protection of the environment.

The management of the company establishes the following general objectives regarding the Policy of Prevention of Occupational Risks:

  • Orientate the organization and control towards the reduction, elimination and prevention of the occupational risks due to activity.
  • Compliance of the minimum requirements demanded by the current regulation.
  • Evaluate and improve continuously the management system of occupational risks prevention of the company.
  • Establish and spread every year, to all the staff, aims and commitments regarding Prevention of Occupational Risks. These aims will be set annually between the company, representatives of employees and the Prevention Service.
